Reverse Recruiting

We do something different than most career coaching firms. For every resume we receive, we will conduct, “reverse recruiting” and will review a list of client jobs we have under contract across the US. Yes, we have well over 100+ clients under contract who have asked us to source candidates like traditional recruiters. The twist is that we are not actively recruiting for these firms but match you up on an exception basis to any jobs where you meet the basic qualifications, targeted compensation and geographic preferences. If we find a match and you agree, we will as an exception, represent you to our client like a retained or contingency recruiter in all ways. 

We ONLY do “one” free search of our client's jobs on two databases when your initial resume is received. If you want us to check every 10 days, there is a monthly fee that we charge. You will be notified every 10 days of our search results.

The fee is payable in advance for a 3-month period and is non-refundable.  If a fee is required to submit you as part of the job bank requirement, then a small payment will be required via PayPal prior to submission.
